In addition, upon request, within the legislation and the legal channels, your personal data will be shared with the authorities based on mandatory statutory directions within the legislation, without your consent.

If need be; during a legal dispute that is having an impact on BASED or any potential disputes that may arise that may have an impact on BASED, your personal information may be shared in the court of law and/or with other authorities.

Within this legal framework, your personal data may be processed, without your consent, in order for BASED to practice and protect its legal rights that are stated by article 5/2 ( ) of the Law.

5. Transfer of Personal Data and Purposes:

In order to carry out the the provisions of the Law and the legal obligations set by the herein clarification text, your personal data may be transferred to legal authorities, domestic or international third party persons or legal entities that are associated with us, service provider companies and their representatives, our business partners, our shareholders, and our group of companies.

This transfer is limited to our cookie policy, via the third party cookies (e.g. Google cookies) and all the data these cookies have access to.

6. Methods of Collecting Personal Data and Legal Purposes:

Your personal data is collected based on the requirements and purposes of processing personal data of article 5 and article 6 of the Law which state the legal obligation of processing information in order to enact and protect clear consent and legal rights.

This data can be collected in physical form (hard copy) and can be collected via visual, written, audio or other electronic methods including, but not limited to soft copies of e-documents, e-mails etc.

7)Legal Rights of the Personal Data Owner Stated within the Article 11 of the Law:

Article 11 of the Law states; personal data owner can get in contact with BASED following the steps determined by the Committee of Protection of Personal Data and:

• Find out how their personal data is being processed, • Request information on how the personal data is processed if applicable, • Find out the purpose of the processing of the data and if it is serving the purpose if applicable, • Find out above mentioned domestic or international persons the personal data is being transferred to if applicable, • Request completion or correction of incomplete or incorrect data, and request transfer of the newly provided data to above mentioned third parties, • Request disposing of the already processed data within the Law and provisions of other legal statutes based on the discontinuation of the legal needs and legally informing of the above mentioned third parties, • Opposing to the analysis of a process strictly done by automated systems that lead to implicating results on the owner of the data, • Requesting reimbursement based on the illegal processing of the data that results in loss,

You are required to get in contact with BASED with a collection of documents and information that will help us identify you and your written request to state which of your legal rights you would like to exercise that are stated within article 11 of the Law via info@m-based.com.

Once considered the nature of your request you will be provided with a reply in a swift manner.

If your request requires certain legal expenses, BASED may request you to cover those expenses that are stated within tariffs determined by the Committee of Protection of Personal Data.

8. Retention Period and Disposal of Personal Data

All data would be disposed of or anonymized upon;

• The discontinuation of the legal needs for processing or retention, • The retrieval of the clear consent given by the owner of the personal data, • A later dated request provided to BASED by the owner of the personal data, • A legal obligation, or an obligation of the data controller that is requested by a court order or the Committee of Protection of Personal Data, • The completion of the retention period of the personal data and lacking legal grounds and requirements for extending this period.

Referring to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698; I consent to the entire or partial collection, storage, change, update, periodical check, edit, classification;

retention as long as the purpose of the process requires or for a predetermined duration appointed by the related law;

transfer based on legal needs or actual necessities in order to meet the service requirements to public institutions, and/ or to third party service providers, suppliers, to your company or the partners of your company, companies serving under your group of companies, including transferring abroad based on legal needs or actual necessities;

handling of my personal data within the framework that is stated above.

I am informed about the subject matter to the level that not a single trace of doubt is present.
